Refund & Return Policy

At Healthy Genetics, we stand behind the quality of our products and we are 100% dedicated to your complete satisfaction and optimal health.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to and write "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will then be happy to issue a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All returns will have to be accepted by our team first. We'll send you a downloadable return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items shipped back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to us. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Refund times will vary depending on the method of payment used to make the purchase. Credit cards could take 3 to 5 business days and debit cards and checking accounts could take up to 10 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional gift items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
